2007 Interim Meetings

Unless otherwise noted, all interim full committee meetings begin at 9:30 a.m. and are held in the Appropriations Room on the 9th Floor of the General Assembly Building.

Committee Retreat Notice

The Appropriations Committee of the Virginia House of Delegates will hold a two-day retreat in Fredericksburg at the Holiday Inn Select Hotel and Conference Center which is located at 2801 Plank Road, Fredericksburg, VA 22401. The meeting will be held in the Washington-Jefferson Rooms located in the Conference Center. Click here for directions.

The retreat will include several panel discussions by Committee staff and outside experts including the current Economic and Budget Outlook of the Commonwealth for the 2008-2010 biennium; Higher Education Restructuring; State Prison Growth; Virginia’s Mental Health System and Changes in Student Demographics.
