Amy Cochran
			Amy is an associate legislative fiscal analyst for the Committee and 
			has been in this position since March 2022. She is currently 
			responsible for providing staff support for the Health and Human 
			Resources subcommittee on budget issues concerning the Department of 
			Behavioral Health and Developmental Services, as well as the Higher 
			Education subcommittee on issues of state museums and libraries.
			
			
			Prior to joining the House Appropriations Committee staff, Amy was a 
			member of the Virginia Management Fellowship Program where she 
			started working with the Committee in June 2021 until she was given 
			the opportunity to stay with the Committee as an analyst. She holds 
			a Bachelor’s degree in Government and French from the University of 
			Virginia.
